Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned within a period of 7 days from
date of purchase. There will be a 10% restocking fee on all return items. All returned items must be in
new and sellable condition and must be accompanied by all packaging and inserts. Electronic items are
non-refundable, if defective, items will be exchanged or repaired as per manufacturer’s warranty. All
Software are sold as is and are non-refundable or returnable. Personalized items are also non-refundable. 

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoices or receipts as proof of purchase.
Items can be returned to our Belize City and Belmopan locations. You can schedule a pick-up of items by
contacting our offices if pick-up destination is within Belize City and Belmopan City. Items can also be
returned by visiting our offices directly. If you wish to ship items back, you can use a courier service;
charges associated with this method of return is the responsibility of the customer.
A refund is initiated upon receipt of items. Your refund will be processed based on your original
payment method.

 For payment made online using a credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card- issuing
bank within three business days of receipt of returned items. Any questions regarding this
refund can be made directly to the card-issuing bank.

 For payment made using checks, direct deposit, or online transfers, you can expect to receive
your refund within 3 working days to your bank account. A representative may contact you to
retrieve your banking information.

 For payment made by swiping credit or debit card using our card swipe machine, a credit card or
debit card refund will be done

 For transaction processed using a purchase order, a credit note will be made directly to your
credit account.
